Fundación Integra project begins by scrutinizing the reality of the people who come looking for a job.
Many of them, because of the crisis, have particular difficulties in finding a job and think about self-employment as a possibility.
Similarly, candidates who have come highly qualified and having undergone several processes of exclusion need to find a job, so they are applying to basic cleaning stalls, replacement, etc… due to insufficient jobs for their skill levels.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP: LEADING WOMEN
First entrepreneurship program of the Foundation, focused on a group of 15 graduated women who have undergone a process of gender violence with latent concerns and skills for entrepreneurship.
These women have certain difficulties and strengths that have led to design a project that not only understands the entrepreneurial project development but also a training program for employability and personal empowerment program.
The objectives of programs are threefold:
- Enhance womens leadership for life
- Create a group of women who will be the reference to subsequent generations
- To train and accompany them on the road to entrepreneurship.
The project consists of 3 modules:

III. EMPLOYABILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
